High-Temperature Probe Sensor (K-Type / T-Type Compatible)

Designed for hot storage and high-temperature monitoring, this probe sensor makes it easy to automate the recording of hot holding areas, ovens, and similar equipment. Fully integrated with the ComplianceTrackr app, it also works with the app’s Time Temperature Log (TTL) feature (limited to the first connected sensor).

⚠️ Important Note: The sensor box must not be placed inside ovens or hot boxes. Only the probe end is heat-resistant and suitable for high-temperature environments.
