Hot Storage Probe Sensor (K-Type / T-Type Compatible)

This high-temperature probe sensor is designed for monitoring hot storage areas, ovens, and hot holding units. Paired with the ComplianceTrackr app, it allows you to automate temperature recording for compliance and efficiency. The sensor is also compatible with the app’s Time Temperature Log (TTL) feature.

⚠️ Important Note:

• The sensor box must never be placed inside ovens or hot boxes — only the probe end is heat resistant.

• If you switch probe types (K or T), please email support@sm8a.com.au and we will remotely update the sensor settings.
